The most common connection water pipe in our lives is composed of EPDM and an outer braid. This benefits from EPDM's strong aging resistance and corrosion resistance, as well as ozone resistance, heat resistance, and water vapor resistance. Therefore, this kind of hose is widely used as a faucet connection pipe, a toilet connection pipe and other purposes.
In Europe, Germany puts forward higher requirements for braided pipes, especially braided pipes connected to drinking water, requiring the inner pipe to be tested for microbial toxicity W270. Under this requirement, the original PVC, EPDM and other raw materials can no longer meet the requirements. . The newest inner tube material widely used in the European market is mainly silicone tube or PEX-B tube. Due to the high cost of silicone tube, the European market PEX-B tube will be the future trend.
