NBR:As a gas flow medium, the most widely used material is NBR, the full name is Nitrile butadiene rubber. Nitrile rubber is mainly used to make oil-resistant rubber products. It can be used for a long time in the air at 120°C or in oil at 150°C. At the same time, NBR has good low temperature resistance, the lowest glass transition temperature can reach -55°C, and it has high resistance to liquefied petroleum gas and petroleum, so it is widely used.

Stainless steel: Stainless steel is generally combined with NBR to make a gas hose, usually braided in the middle of the NBR to increase strength and increase service life, but to prevent the gas pipe from being bitten by animals in outdoor use, and to enhance the maximum burst of the hose Pressure, a layer of stainless steel will be braided on the outer layer of the NBR hose.

PVC: The outer layer of the PVC LPG hose is made of polyvinyl chloride, which has good flexibility, but its pressure resistance and strength are far inferior to the stainless steel braided NBR hose, so it is only suitable for indoor natural gas pipeline connections. The cost is low, so it is still accepted by the low-end market.

Natural rubber: The corrosion resistance and flexibility of natural rubber are inferior to NBR, and because of its low output, resulting in increased costs, it is gradually replaced by NBR.
