How to install a shower room
The shower room is a very important place in the house, so its decoration design must be very careful
1. Draw the corresponding space from the bathroom first, determine the installation location of the shower room, and find out the distribution of waterways and how to make holes when decorating.
2. When installing, first assemble the chassis in a certain place. If the chassis seeps water, it means the installation is inclined. Therefore, after installation, check whether the chassis is flat.
3. Conduct a waterproof test on the installed chassis. If there is a problem of water leakage or water channel blockage, it needs to be corrected in time before proceeding to the next step.
4. The shower door is a sliding door, and the track should be installed after the chassis has passed the waterproof test. The lower track must be set in the middle of the stone base.
5. Then assemble the aluminum alloy frame, first clip the side material into the upper and lower guide rails, and use the screws to reinforce, install the aluminum material near the wall to the left and right sides, put the assembled shower room frame in the center of the stone base, and adjust it. In the horizontal position, drill holes in the adjacent aluminum material, and use fastening screws to reinforce the aluminum alloy frame to the stone base.
6. The back of the chassis and the shower screen should be fixed with screws on both sides.
7. Insert the sealing strip into the gap between the glass and the frame, so that the glass can be clamped tighter.
8. After fixing, set the sliding door handle, install the top cover and seal the edges with glass glue.
9. Connect the hot and cold water pipes, and then discharge the water to ensure that the water supply is normal.
10. After the sewer pipe is connected, insert it into the pipe, then use glass glue to seal the periphery of the pipe, and then do a waterproof test. If there is no leakage or blockage, the installation is completed.
